ideal location helpful staff fresh bedding
the location rocks! it was super close to the beach and the town center, a total win for exploring. the staff really shined, super helpful and kind people! i was stoked with the clean room and fresh bedding too.
the tv didn't work, a little bummer.

mixed feelings about this stay
horrendous noise dated room
The staff were really nice and helpful. That's something i can definitely say.
The noise was horrendous. Doors banging all night meant i could hear everything going on within the place. everything was very dated too. the tv was the size of a postage stamp and was so dark that i struggled to see what was on the screen. Oh, and it smelled like a nursing home..

bus stop easy access
the location worked for me. it was next to the bus stop for buses to the town centre. the railway station was easily accessible by bus.
my room was somewhat dusty. i think it needed a deeper cleaning.

excellent value clean room friendly staff easy check-in
The hotel offered GREAT value for the price. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and polite. I found the location excellent, as it was easy to reach many places from there. I also appreciated the quick and easy check-in process.
The room lacked a hairdryer.

good location friendly customer service
the location i find it close to the sea side. customer service are friendly to me. the room was clean. the manager booked me a cab at short notice, i appreciate this.

friendly staff clean hotel
The staff was very friendly. They always checked if we needed something and the hotel was very clean. It was tidy and I would stay again.
